Agile methods are fixing the timebox while negotiating the content. How do you do that in scale? I faced that problem in 2005 and solved it byinventing a fractal information model that was later adopted worldwide. Some organizations use that model only as a ticket assignment hierarchy.The hope is that this paper will enable true Enterprise Agility and negotiating content on scale.
